Mark Handley's latest video. Most of the footage was filmed by John Stewart. I added the finishing touches, creating the greenscreen shots with the help of George Chamberlain, Edward Hancock, Terry Payman and Jamie Green at SWIPE. I added some effects in edit to give the footage of the couples a retro Super 8mm Cine feel and voilà!
Windsor and Maidenhead Voluntary Action held their Volunteers of the Year awards evening at Eton Rowing Club on 4 October. The video below contains highlights of the evening with special guest Sophie Christiansen MBE, winner of three gold medals at the 2012 Paralympic Games. The event was sponsored by Radian.
Men in wigs, frocks and make up! Thames Hospicecare staged their first drag race in October. Here's a highlights video I made of the event that took place in Windsor.
Last month I was at RottieFest 2012, the annual fundraiser for Keythorpe Rottie Rescue.
It was a fun filled weekend of rottweilers and other dog breeds, great company, camping, a seminar from The DogFather (see below), fun events and competitions and the evening ended with a delicious hog roast.
I'm looking forward to the 2013 event already as it promises to be even bigger and better with live music, classes and demonstrations.
Thames Hospicecare held their Best of British Summer Fayre in early July. The day was opened by actress Sue Holderness (who plays Boycie’s wife Marlene in “Only Fools and Horses” and “The Green Green Grass”). There was something for everyone that day: a brass band, ferret racing, Morris Dancing, tug of war, a martial arts demonstration, stalls, prizes, face-painting and much more. The event took place at Windsor Girls’ School.
Here’s a video I made for Windsor and Maidenhead Voluntary Action. I will be working with them to showcase their charity projects as video on their website. This is the first of the bunch, when I filmed staff from the company Intuit at Maidenhead Nursery School working on the garden and allotment. This was in aid of Earth Day.
